Commercial Service Plumber

Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Work
  • Perform maintenance and repair on commercial and light industrial plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Operate specialized equipment, including drain cameras, drain machines, and jetters.
  • Install, maintain, and service fixtures and piping in accordance with codes and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and provide solutions that prevent future problems.
Customer & Team Collaboration
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and teammates.
  • Deliver solutions that reflect frēijē’s commitment to long-term partnerships and quality service.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless project completion.
Safety & Work Environment
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work in various weather conditions and environments, including crawlspaces, attics, and elevated spaces.
Qualifications: 
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
  • Must pass background and drug screenings.
  • Ohio Journeyman Plumber License required.
  • 5+ years of commercial and/or light industrial plumbing experience.
  • Skilled with drain cameras, drain machines, and jetter equipment.
  • Backflow certification preferred but not required.
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and take on-call shifts.
