HVAC Project Manager

At frēijē, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field teams.
What You’ll Do
Own full financial accountability for HVAC construction projects
Lead project setup (job creation, submittals, planning, etc.)
Procure and manage equipment, materials, and vendor relationships
Develop and manage project schedules from estimate to completion
Track budgets, costs, and job site records to ensure profitability
Produce, negotiate, and manage change orders
Oversee project close-out (O&M manuals, warranty docs, as-builts)
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and legal contracts
Provide hands-on leadership across the project lifecycle
Stay current on industry training, technology, and best practices
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related)
5–10 years of relevant HVAC project management experience
PMP, professional license, or credentials preferred
Strong background in AutoCAD, Vista, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and people with integrity
